Processing & Shipping Times
Regular stock items typically depart within 3–5 business days, while custom pieces take a minimum of 21 days to craft. Arrival times are influenced by the artisan work and component availability.
Global Shipping & Customs Duty Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are not covered by Islamic Home Art and must be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Catalog Errors
In the rare case of a listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
U.S. Customers Only
Islamic Home Art is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they are handed over to the courier.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order departs. It is up to the customer to track the delivery progress and provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Should a package be returned due to an address error, the customer will be billed for any redelivery fees.
